Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Together for Intermediation Services LLC (Together for Development) water management services. We strive to ensure a positive experience for all our customers. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period:

Customers may cancel the service before the project begins, with 25% of the total cost deducted and the remaining amount refunded. If the project has already started, the full amount will be deducted.

Cancellation Procedure:

Customers must contact our customer service team to request a cancellation and submit a written cancellation request.

Cancellation Review:

Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed as promptly as possible.

Refunds:

A refund of 75% of the total cost will be issued if the service is canceled before the project begins, within 14 business days.
