project story
Hajj is one of the greatest obligations in Islam a journey the heart longs for, granted to those who are able.
Yet not everyone who wishes to perform Hajj is given that ability.
Some are held back by illness, others by lasting physical inability, and some pass away before fulfilling it.
In such cases,it is permissible for Hajj to be performed on their behalf—
when they are permanently unable, or have passed away before performing it.
This is where Hajj Badal comes in: an act of worship carried out on behalf of another,
in accordance with Islamic guidelines, and with sincere intention.
It is an act of devotion for one’s parents and loved ones, a way to honor a great obligation—
performed on their behalf, with the hope that its reward reaches them in full.
Hajj Badal… a duty fulfilled, and devotion that never ends

more about this project
In Makkah,
a qualified student of Islamic knowledge undertakes Hajj on behalf of the person you appoint,
carrying the responsibility with sincere intention.
He enters Ihram during the days of Hajj and performs the rites as prescribed,
praying for acceptance and forgiveness,
with the hope that the reward is granted in full to the one on whose behalf it is performed.
During the journey,
a video from one of the sacred sites (Arafat, Mina, or Muzdalifah) is recorded and shared,
along with an official certificate issued by Together for Development.
Service fee:
1,990 JOD / 2,800 USD
